Delete Your Kira Account

If you'd like to delete your Kira account and all the personal data associated with it, you have two options.

Option 1 — In-App (fastest)

If you still have the Kira app installed:

1. Open Kira on your phone
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account
3. Confirm when prompted

Option 2 — Email Us

If you no longer have the app installed, or you'd prefer not to use the in-app option, send us an email:

• To: support@tenxix.com
• Subject: Delete my Kira account
• Include:
  • The email address you used to sign up
  • Your full name (so we can verify identity)

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of the verified request.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your name and email address
• All skin scan photos you have uploaded
• All skin analysis results and progress history
• Your skincare quiz answers and routine tracking data
• Your push notification token

What May Be Retained

In limited cases, we may retain some information:

• Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you (used for improving the service)
• Records required by law (such as financial records if you ever made a purchase), retained only for the period required by Nigerian law
